I’m a Somatic Yoga teacher and Thai Massage therapist with 15 years of experience in changing people’s lives I know your pain. I’ve been there myself. I've overcome anxiety and chronic pain on my own. But how I wish I had someone to guide me along the way… My mission is to show people how to treat themselves with loving kindness so that they can feel better in their skin and live their lives to the fullest.
