    1. Shoulders, Neck and Face massage (20 min)

    2. TOOLBOX: top of the shoulders

    3. TOOLBOX: front of the chest

    4. TOOLBOX: back of the neck (wringing out)

    5. TOOLBOX: front and side of the neck

    6. TOOLBOX: neck release (self-holding)

    7. TOOLBOX: face and jaw

    1. Rocking and Rolling Massage of the entire body (30 min)

    2. TOOLBOX: rolling (back and sacrum)

    3. TOOLBOX: rocking without props (back body)

    4. TOOLBOX: rocking with a cloth (sacrum/ lower back/ upper back)

    5. TOOLBOX: buttocks

    6. TOOLBOX: rocking (front of the thighs, pelvis and abdomen)

    1. Static Myofascia Release for the Lower Body (30 min or more)

    5. TOOLBOX: abdomen (with a blanket or a pilates ball)
